Made up of Sri Serdang, Serdang Raya and Serdang Lama, this area has progressed tremendously over the years, creating a name among local and foreign students of UPM and other nearby education institutions.

Enjoy tasty Malay cuisine while sitting at the hawker stalls or relax while being served at the posh restaurants-Selera Abadi, Maulana Foodcourt, Kafe Ekonomi and Legend’s Café and the list goes on. Drive your taste buds wild with hot nasi paprik, nasi pattaya and nasi goreng kampung or divert your appetite for some mild stir fry noodles or fish ball noodles at the rowdy, busy Seng Fatt or Kam Fah restaurant. Leisure & Entertainment
Pubs, karaokes and discotheques are rarely seen here, as these scenarios are not a healthy environment for kids and teenagers. Instead, the Subang Jaya council projects a healthier lifestyle by providing a recreational park and football fields. Joggers do their rounds, old folks astound at the breathtaking scenery, and youngsters work at the exercise bars available at the park. Anyone asking for more sounds and sights can venture to Sri Kembangan or Kuala Lumpur for a hilarious, fun-filled evening.

Facility and service shops bloom here because of the amounting needs of students of UPM and other primary, secondary and tertiary level students. Computer shops can be seen in abundance (CTH technologies, IKD Computer, Wawasan), so are fully equipped stationary shops (Unigreen ,Q Art, Uniprint), impressive photo shops (YS, Foto M, ,which gets packed during convocation period), well stocked supermarkets( Taikaly, Zaidah) and several gift shops. Shoppers usually head down town for a more exotic, interesting shopping experience.

You can be assured that your welfare and social securities are well taken care of as banks, clinics, pharmacies, schools and insurance agencies converge to provide the best services.
